Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

3. Return of Goods

Goods must be returned in original, unopened condition where possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
